VI. THE ASSOCIATION’S PROPERTY AND FUNDS
§ 34.
The assets of the Association are property, funds, goods and chattels.
§ 35.
- The funds of the Association consist of:
- membership fees,
- income from properties as well as from goods and chattels,
- donations,
- bequests, legacies and gifts,
- The income of the Association is managed by the Board of Management
- All of the Association’s income is allocated to its statutory activity
- Donor may indicate the aim of Association that is an object of donation. Part of donation that cannot be used for the aim indicated by donor, shall be transferred to the general fund of the Association.
